Illinois Voting Information

  • Ballots will be mailed out starting 9/24/2020, in accordance with state law. Vote By Mail ballots must be postmarked by midnight on Election Day and be received by the Bloomington Election Commission within 14 days of Election Day to be counted. No vote by mail ballots may be sent to voters after Thursday, October 29th, 2020.

Grace Period

Grace period registration extends the traditional voter registration period deadline from the 27th day prior to an election through Election Day.
